Makes 1 nutrient filled breakfast bowl 

Full of antioxidants, fibre, protein and magnesium to energise you for the day 



  • x1 frozen banana
  • x1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup of almond/coconut milk (or any other plant based milk)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful of blueberries/blackberries
  • Sliced banana
  • Pumpkin seeds


  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a blender (Nutri-bullet or similar) until the mixture is smooth, thick and creamy
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and stir through 3/4 of the chia seeds (this allows them to expand into the smoothie)
  3. Sprinkle the remaining chia seeds on top with the extra toppings and enjoy!
