Consume straight away
Ingredients:
- 150g frozen mango
- Handful of spinach (15g)
- 2 tbsp (90g) low fat Greek yoghurt
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
For additional carbohydrates, add 1 small ripe banana (60g) and use 150ml of milk instead of 100ml
Methods:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.Pour into a tall glass and serves straight away.
