Struggle to eat first thing in the morning? Smoothies are a delicious way to get important nutrients into your body at the start of the day. Add a small banana for an additional energy boost!

Serves 1

Consume straight away


  • 150g frozen mango
  • Handful of spinach (15g)
  • 2 tbsp (90g) low fat Greek yoghurt
  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk

For additional carbohydrates, add 1 small ripe banana  (60g) and use 150ml of milk instead of 100ml


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.Pour into a tall glass and serves straight away.
