Consume straight away
Ingredients:
- 150g mixed frozen berries
- 1 small banana (60g)
- 1 tbsp (45g) low fat Greek yoghurt 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tsp (7g) honey, optional
Methods:
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serves straight away.
