Struggle to eat first thing in the morning? Smoothies are a delicious way to get important nutrients into your body at the start of the day. Add a small banana for an additional energy boost!

 

Serves 1:

Consume straight away

Ingredients:

  • 150g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 small banana (60g)
  • 1 tbsp (45g) low fat Greek yoghurt 200ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp (7g) honey, optional

Methods:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serves straight away.
