Storage: store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
- 400g cashews
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Place the nuts into a food processor and blend, stopping to stir occasionally. You will see that at first the nuts ground into a sand like consistency. Persist with the blending until the ingredients turn into a smooth butter. This can take some time.
Note: if you like your nut butter crunchy, then remove some of the mixture in the early stages of the blending and stir them in at the end.
